Ready to confirm your spot, become a Member and select your specific residence with a 10% deposit for the home you selected. Being one of the first to move in gets you the best deal and most included benefits. As our first residents, you can work with our selection coordinator to personalize your new home by selecting the finishes, appliances, counters, etc. that you want within the allocated allowance planned for each home. Want to upgrade and go beyond the standard, that is possible too and you still get to use the full allowance towards any additional costs of your selections. This is only available for the first generation of residents as future residents will not have the provided allowance to offset cost.
