Independent residents seeking affordable housing enjoy the privacy and autonomy embraced at Chapel Court. Residents here thrive in private dwellings with full access to outdoor living areas and weekly housekeeping. Optional supportive services are also available to minimize the stress of daily wellness and hygienic tasks.
The Cottages increase the level of skilled-nursing involvement for residents, wherein staff assist in day-to-day tasks and routines. Each cottage hosts up to thirteen residents and promotes community interaction through family-style meals and cozy gathering spaces.
The West End Campus is also home to the Transitional Rehab Center – a place for comprehensive rehabilitative services that is accessible to all individuals, inside and outside the St. John’s United network.
