Home

St. John’s United has a rich history of providing a variety of high-quality living services and experiences that meet the needs of its residents, from independent-living and assisted-living communities to skilled nursing and memory care. As residents’ needs change, we help them make seamless transitions to the living option that is best for them. With over 700 employed staff and an array of volunteers we provide varying levels of support ranging from fully independent to fully dependent. Wherever you choose to live, we help you live your life with confidence.

Health

St. John’s United is committed to meeting your health-care needs, whether out-patient or transitional, and accompanying you as you heal. We provide care for all ages with specialists who develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoration, rehabilitation, and transitional care. Our skilled nursing and therapy services are also available to individuals through our Medicare-approved home health-care team; helping you heal at home from illness, injury or surgery. St. John’s United is also a Medicare-certified hospice provider. We offer compassionate hospice care at the end of life for patients and their families.

Family

Over the years, St. John’s United has expanded to provide more comprehensive family services. In addition to providing C.A.R.E.S. Wraparound services, we are proud to include Wendy’s Wonderful Kids, a program funded by a grant from the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. This proactive, child-focused initiative is dedicated to finding permanent, loving homes for America’s longest-waiting children in foster care. If you are interested in adopting a waiting child, or learning more about Confidential Intermediary Services for adoption placements that occurred in Montana, we invite you to explore our resources and join us in making a difference.  Our intergenerational childcare program, Center for Generations, focuses on early childhood development and provides opportunities to build respectful relationships with our elders.
